We are located in New Jersey, USA, and all orders are shipped from this location. "International" refers to any location outside the USA, including Canada.
Defective or Incorrect Items: We accept returns or exchanges only for defective or incorrect items. Please send us a photo of the defective or incorrect items within 14 days of receipt.
Inspection and Notification: Please inspect all items immediately upon receipt and notify us of any issues. We can't replace, refund, or exchange products that have been modified or attempted to be installed, as this affects our ability to resell them. Returns for defective items must be initiated within 14 days of receipt.
For certain high-value orders, we will only ship the package if it's fully insured. If the insurance option isn't available during checkout and you've chosen a shipping method without it, we'll get in touch with you to discuss the updated shipping costs.
All international shipments include tracking and customs paperwork but do not include insurance. Please be aware of your country's tariff limits—the value you must stay under to avoid customs fees when the package arrives. We ship screws as "merchandise" with a declaration of contents and values.
Import duties and local taxes are not included in the quoted price of goods. You will be responsible for paying any import duties and local taxes, including any administrative charges upon receipt. Additionally, you must provide all necessary information to customs if required for clearance.
Please note, if a package is returned to us due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., you did not collect the package), we will need to charge you for the shipping and return costs. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in these matters.
We understand that delays or issues can be frustrating. However, please be aware that we cannot accept requests for refunds or re-sending of items if parcels are delayed, held, or confiscated by your country’s authorities (e.g., customs, government, postal service). We appreciate your understanding and patience in these matters.
If you need to cancel an order that has not yet been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible. Unfortunately, we cannot accept cancellations for orders that have already been shipped. We appreciate your understanding.
