Build Notes

This was an earlier version, without the gray date overlay and with a nylon strap. The lug holes on this case are a tight fit for most straps: Thick straps will not fit, and other straps may rub against the back edge of the case. (Notice the bulging of the strap at the lugs.)

I highly recommend the integrated bracelet. I've never worn a bracelet before—this was my first. I was impressed with the comfort and fit, and how it ties the whole design and concept together.

This was an earlier version, without the gray date overlay and a nylon strap. In this build, I used a lumed date wheel before deciding on the gray date wheel.

The hand and dial lume is well matched (equal brightness and hue).

The gray date wheel is an overlay, not a geared part. I attached it with two dial dots, at the 1 and 16 positions.

The positioning requires trial and error: I suggest using a blank or junk dial to the position in the window because it may require installing and removing the dial a couple of times.
